INTERPLAN Congress, Meeting & Event Management AG is an owner-managed congress agency with locations in Munich, Berlin, Hamburg and Leipzig. As a medium-sized corporation – measured according to the HGB size classification – Interplan AG is subject to annual statutory auditing requirements. As a global player in the field of congresses and events, the company nurtures stable and long-term relationships with clients and suppliers. Management of the operational activities lies in the hands of board members Bruno Lichtinger and Markus Preussner.

Elke Jaskiola
Member of the Executive Board since 2018. Since 2001, member of project and team management at Interplan. Since 2013 Director Key Account Management.
Olaf Pröger
In the company from 2007 – 2025 as CFO and authorised signatory.
Our colleague unexpectedly passed away on 20th January 2025. His expertise, commitment, and contributions remain a valuable part of our history.
